About us
Dosh Financial Advocacy supports adults with a learning disability to manage their money.
Dosh wants people with a learning disability to be treated equally. We help people to be more independent and have more control over their own money. We do this by following the Dosh Promise.
Dosh supports people to manage their personal money and their care and support funding.
Dosh also do research and development projects; working with many different support providers, Local Authorities and other organisations to enable more people with a learning disability to be in control of their money.
Dosh is a not-for-profit company. This means that all the money we make is used to make our support better. We support people across England, Scotland and Wales and are always looking for new places to work – have a look at where we are now and let us know if you want us to come to your area.
Dosh has a Managing Director called Steve Raw, and three managers: Judy Krasker, Angela Atkin and Phillipa Gould. They support the advocates, deliver training and presentations and lead our development work.
Our local Financial Advocates live across the country and support people in their local area. They visit the people they support and help them with their money.
The Dosh Office is in Grantham. The team there support the advocates, process benefits forms and other paperwork and help with paying for things like bills and holidays.
