Position: Named Financial Advocate
Location: Cambridgeshire: City and South, plus extension into neighbouring counties in particular Essex, depending on location and hours
Hours: full-time or part-time (25+ hours per week), with opportunity to increase subject to growth
Salary: Up to £23,354.22 per year pro rata
Working pattern: Flexible – mainly weekdays, with some evening and weekends
Deadline extended: Monday 27th May 2019
Provisional interviews: 4th June 2019
The successful applicant will work as part of a national team of Advocates providing support to individuals to manage their finances and claim benefits. This will enable them to reach decisions, make informed choices and express their views, giving them more control and independence with their money.
The successful applicant must show experience and knowledge of financial services or the benefits system. It will suit people who are looking for flexible hours working from home and are able to travel around their local area.
